There are no formal entry requirements, but learners are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have the ability to study at Level 3
- Demonstrate good proficiency in English

Assessments include a written assignment of 2500 words for each module, which provides an excellent chance for in-depth learning. There are no exams.

Completing the CBIT Foundation Award in Leadership and Management (Level 3) provides a strong platform for continued professional growth. Successful learners can:
