No formal qualifications are necessary to enrol in this course; however, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a minimum of 19 years of age
- Have some team leading or supervisory experience or managerial experience in the junior or middle management level
- Demonstrate the capability to successfully complete the Level 5 course
- Possess a considerable proficiency in English
